It's a bit of a jolt and eye opener when it first happens,....I know a couple that had being doing much the same for yrs with a bemo drive they would hire,...been to the family home meet the kids,...taken clothes given a little money,.. after a few yrs it was put to them the wife wanted to open a little Warung in the village and it would be a good investment for the Australian couple,.. they put up the capital and share the profit,.. they said NO... the very next visit he didn't pick them up at the airport,.. they got worried as they thought he maybe ill,...they saw him a couple of days later at the front of the hotel and he just ignored them and drove away,....
