My brother in law had his claim knocked back because he was not able to produce the battery charger to the person at the GST refund counter. This was in his suit case. He had to open the camera to show the wonderful staff the batteries & memory card. When he could not produce the battery charger they knocked off the value of the charger and the total price dropped just under $300.00 - they said sorry can't get a refund now. He stood in line for over 30minutes
