I was just wanting to know if anyone has been on the Bounty Day Cruise to Lembongan Island and what they thought?
I have been emailing the company and they have advised me that they cannot give a guarantee that the cruise will take place until 3 days before the cruise is scheduled to depart. I have been advised that this cruise isn't as busy as the Bali Hai or the Island Explorer.
I just found it odd that I have been asked to provide our full names (understandable), the hotel we are staying at in Bali (also understandable) but they also require our home address here in Australia, our passport numbers, and full credit card details. I don't understand why they would need our home address here in Australia together with our passport numbers to secure a seat. I am unwilling to just handover these details and have advised them that we are happy to pay when we arrive and only once it is guaranteed that the cruise is going ahead. If they will not secure a seat we will just book once we get to Bali.
Has anyone dealt with this company and if they were asked for the same information?? The actual cruise sounds great and seems to offer more than the Bali Hai, Island Explore and Sail Sensations. They have a 44m water slide off the pontoon, surf bikes and canoeing, together with activities the other cruises offer like snorkeling, glass bottom boat, banana boat rides, village tour, morning and afternoon tea, buffet lunch and semi submarine.
I have been on the Bali Hai several years ago and wanted to take my sister and my niece (who haven't been to Bali before). Any information would be very much appreciated.
