You are allowed only one litre duty free - that doesn't mean you can't take in more so long as you declare it and are prepared to pay the "duty" on it. Make sure you have your original receipts for the wine so you can prove its value.
Unfortunately Bali Customs officers are not able to tell you exactly what the rate of duty is - even the embassy in Australia is silent on it. Their method of "collection" is a little intimidating also. They will take you off into a little room and read you the riot act.
Just smile and tell them you are prepared to pay the 'import' duty. Make sure you don't show them a wallet full of money. Just have $20 seperately in each pocket. Just be prepared to give them up to 100% of the value in AU$ and let them keep it if you're not.
But make sure you DECLARE IT - otherwise you are committing a customs offence - not a smart thing to do in Indonesia!
Last June my wife and I declared two 4 litre casks. They simply asked if it was in a crdbord cask and then let us through.
On other occasions I've paid $50 to get a carton of champagne through.
