Can you walk from Tuban to Jimbaran Beach

I realize it isn't too far on the map, but my map doesn't have much detail. It doesn't same to be more than 5 or 6 kms. as the emu flies, but what are the streets like? I imagine the airport would keep you from doing the whole trip on the beach. Am I being silly here? Has any one done this? I'm an early am. walker and would like to get to the Jimbaran fish market around dawn. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
