off Jl Melasti. Walking from the beach towards Jl Legian, turn down the first lane on your right. About 40M on the left is Casey Beauty Salon and massage. An hour long massage cost 60K. Anne says it was MUCH better than the one she had at the Tjampuhan Spa in Ubud. Having said that, Kasih at Tjampuhan, who did mine, was brilliant. But I've had a crappy one at a cheap salon, while the others had nothing but praise for the other staff. So it all depends on who is doing you. In any case, Casey is recommended.
If you go there, don't forget to tell her that Anne recommended her - its ALWAYS elevating to get positive feedback, no matter who you are.
