Sanur is about 15 - 20 Minute drive from Kuta, whilst I haven't spent alot of time over that side, I don't think their is alot for younger people but they can make their own fun. When I was there earlier this year security at paddys was great I'm sure it's stepped up even more now. Have a great time if you decide to go.
