Dear Sunset,I have been anxiously waiting for your post all week.Been tempted to ask but a good smack of my hand when I went to the keyboard to post stopped me.You must feel relieved by just having made the decision.Hubbys parents are also still going on Sunday.They are going for 2 weeks and staying in Sanur.
Funny thing, but our kids just keep on talking about next time they go to Bali and today the twins were out in the cubby,but it was really a Bali shop they told me.They said they were selling Umbal umbals which were plants that looked like tall flags.Every now and then I would hear Selamat pagi or another word and it made me have a good giggle. In Bali in August we bought our daughter a mobile of pink discs made from shells and I took it out the back to untangle(GRRR) as it was a mess and it sounded sooooo Bali.
One thing I meant to buy last trip was a cd of Balinese music so have asked the inlaws to get me one.It will feel just like our own piece of Bali once the container arrives as well.
When you get back we will definately have a coffee with Petron and find out just how many umbal umbals you get!!LOL
The kids have collected a bag of toys and our left over rupiahs for the inlaws to give out.Also we are looking in to sponsoring a child like you as its a small way of helping out from here.
