They usually only give 10 extra kilos per person but if you request more they may give it to you. Print a copy of the email you receive and take with you in case of problems at checkin. I emailed them about 2 months ago and asked for an extra 20kgs per person which was approved and they said to just email them if we needed more. We leave next week. Hope this helps.
