That is what I do... Since I travel locally a lot, I have two sets of toothbrushes, deodorant,etc. Then when I go on a big trip I just make sure everything is filled up. Then I do the head, shoulders, knees and toes. What I mean by that is I start at my head and think of the things I need going down. Easier than making a list.
