the title of this forum is bali, so yes it would make sense that is dedicated to a group of travellers in particular. My guess is people travelling to bali. On the other hand, lets not get so defensive, the poor person just had a query, their is no harm in giving them a few answers. It is obvious no harm was meant.
As for Phuket I have been there once. Did not stay at the hotel you mention so can't advise. I had a great time in Phuket but found that the atmosphere and the people were not nearly as freindly as the Balinese. Few more seedy lines of trade over there such as the girly bars etc. Probably would go back oneday, but not until Bali is well and truly off limits. Until that time, my heart belongs to Bali.
You probably will find much better info from a Phuket web site though.
