Hi Karen, not disputing the points you made, just offended that a travel agent can play down the bomb with seemingly no compassion whatsoever for the people killed or injured. It's great for Bali if people are staying and spending, let just keep in perspective what did happen, suicide bombers killed innocent tourists, it could have easily been you or I or our loved ones.
As you may remember, I am from Newcastle and this tragedy has affected our community greatly, so to read the original post seemingly so flippant made my blood boil.
