newspaper reports just a different viewpoint!!! It made me rather angry and I agree with others who have posted such as Angela Dickkyboy and shaddup. They had only had a few cancellations for that week but didn't state that as a percentage of bookings. The facts are that people have come back early and people have cancelled! additionally people are going back! Apart from figures given by Geoff Dixon, we will never know the statistics. Another fact is that these terrorists have one main aim to create terror. People have the right to be afraid - it could happen again - this saturday or next. 2 weeks ago alot of people were clearly of the opinion that it was safe in Bali. There were also many people who said stay clear of Kuta... that has been proved wrong... look it has all been said before so I will stop! BTW I am not declaring whether I would go or not. I am just angry at the travel agent letter and deem it fairly irresponsible - that travel agent is telling her clients all is normal! After what has happened and how people have suffered, how can it be? Try telling that to the families of the 14 Indonesians they buried yesterday! And the Fitzgerald family from BUsselton and the families in Newcastle! How dare that travel agent try to trivialise such a horrific event. The bombs were smaller and filled with ball bearings in order to create shrapnel damage and maim, not filled with fertiliser to create more building damage.
