Due to Bali already having warnings in place before the tragic events of Saturday night, I think that the airlines wholesalers and travel agents are being genorous refunding for the dates specified.
These people dont work for free, a travel agent doing a load of quotes for you, a wholesaler confirming your accomadation and a airline ticketing your booking is not a free service neither is all the paperwork involved in cancelling.
There are other alternatives have you considered changing your destination or holding your account with them in suspense??
