Refund policy... will take probably up to 6/8 weeks to get our money back and can't even change the destination cos they don't fly anywhere else.Some of us cant afford to pay for another holiday and still go at the same time and then get the refund when it finally comes through, at the end of the day it is not our fault..Nessie
