Everyone has the right to decide. If we worried about being safe from terrorism no-one would ever leave their own house, and even then it's not guaranteed that you won't get hurt by some means.
I have respect for those who make the decision (for whatever reason) not to go, and expect the same in return. I will feel as safe there as I would getting on the tube in London, or crossing a busy road.
