I know some tickets cannot be extended beyond 3 weeks but you say yours is only for a 2 week stay so it seems a little odd.
In the first instance if you TA wont / cant do anything about it then I would contact Garuda direct and ask them.
It may have something to do with the wholesaler your TA has done your package with. I am assuming the ticket incorporates accomodation for all or part of your trip? Sometimes wholesalers charge ridiculous fees. Do you have your tickets or know if they have been issued yet. If they have then there would be fees charged for alterations.
If you get no joy from here then go to garuda once in bali. You will most likely be able to change from there. good luck...cheers
