Your promote people going to Bali against the recommendations of the Australian and US Governments

Why is that?

Do you care about the Americans and Austrailias as much as the economy of Bali?

Here's a quote from the Australian government:

"The Australian government warned immediately after the Saturday night blasts that the possibility of further explosions could not be ruled out. It urged Australians in Bali to remain in their hotels."

The advice on this forum is completely contrary to that.

The advice given here is not rational and not safe. People who don't listen to the warnings are travelling at their own peril. People who say they should "show resolve" and go anyway.

Here is what the President of Indonesia said:

"Recently, Yudhoyono issued a warning that terrorist cells inside the country were still active, despite hundreds of arrests."

And still you say everyone should go.

Should they worry? Should they travel safely? Should they stay in their hotel when they are there?

Or should they go to the nearest hotbed of tourist activity, make sure there is no one guarding the place and have a great time, oblivious to any signs of danger.

Your priorities apparently do not lie with the tourists. Those are the people who need to be protected. I say, to hell with the economy of Bali if it means innocent people must die and nobody does anything to stop it.

I will remind you:

"In March this year, Ba'asyir was sentenced to 30 months in jail for involvement in the 2002 Bali nightclub bombings, but was cleared of all other terror-related charges, including those related to the Marriott Hotel bombing."
