Sorry. I meant detained thousands and tortured quite a few of those detained.
Although, of course, since they changed the legal definition of torture so that they could torture people, many of the recent cases won't be considered torture. They still got caught going to far, though.
Human Rights Watch is probably the best place to start looking for info. Keep in mind that they only list properly documented and verified cases, and there's no doubt many more that haven't been discovered.
