Unless the airlines cancel the flights and refuse to fly you there, you'd most likely be up for cancellation fees.
It's possible the airlines will waive the fees like they did post-Oct 02, but you'd have to call your agent to find out, or wait for an announcement. But given that the "defer non-essential travel" advisories have been out for a long time, I wouldn't expect too much.
