Best medical ?

Wondering what the best way to treat Bali belly should one of our group fall foul to it. I am thinking if the s..ts & pain continue after a 24 hour period

Do we go to BIMC or just ger the hotel to call a doctor

We have never been sick but a couple of the inlaws are already complaining of "symptoms" from a visit to a Bali shop here in Aus lol . We are staying at MBR but they are staying near Poppies II .
