We now stay at Alum Kul Kul which actually works out cheaper. Staff are friendly, rooms great, breakfasts relaxing ~ they come and serve you cappucinos, etc rather than GYO at LBH.
Put our friends in another hotel, Dynasty in Tuban, and only after we complained endlessly they gave them a bungalow, despite having booked almost a year prior (they were Bali virgins and the whole idea of them going to Bali was so we could have a holiday together).
The constant checks on the mini bar are so annoying ~ it's not a relaxing holiday compared to what you get at Alum Kul Kul which is just over the road.
