We booked top villa bungalow at front near pool. I emailed to confirm that travel agent had the room correct. When we arrived they said sorry you haven't booked that particular villa and we are overbooked will have to stay in normal room or pay to upgrade, very angrily we upgraded to get the room we wanted. When we got back to Aust. we had an apology letter from Hotel plus travel agent gave back our money from upgrade. This was only after I complained and complained.
Staff were rude and unfriendly. Pool bar only open if they have some one to run it and then it is only operational from the normal bar, frink and food took ages to come to poolside area. Pool chairs hard to get because of hogs with books and towels.
We were awoken every morning at 7.30am to check what we had used in the fride, if when we put our DO NOT DISTURB SIGN OUT. One morning I stuck my head out and told them we were having sex so go away. They were back in half hour.
I could rave on. This was our experience, other love it there, but I personally have found alot better, and prefer staff that have time to talk to you, or even a smile would be nice.
