gold in Kuta....I like Mayanag on the corner and don't be put off by the expensive look as it really is quite reasonable.
I also love First jewellery toko but it is in Tuban in the Bali Hai hotel,Small jewellers but they also melt gold for you if you take broken stuff and are very cheap.
I am a size 8 and take a 40 which are everywhere....a 9 is a 41 and i take that if the shoe is narrow...i never have any trouble getting 40 or 41 and i go to tootsies in sanur, any of the markets and Ramayanas and Mataharis also Bata.I see lot's of 42 around too but not so much in the department stores.

We loved Dians in monkey forest road but there are many good reviews for Indus, dirty duck, Murni's warung, Nauty Nuri's warung, Cafe des artistes, Casa luna, cafe Wayan.
