Help please

Travelling to Bali on 25th September and need help finding the following:
1. Someone to make curtains, quilts and cushions.
2. Reputable tailor for larger sized women's work-wear
3. Perscription glasses - both reading and sun glasses.
4. Shoes for a size 8 1/2
5. Restaurants in Ubud
6. Jeweller for gold jewellery in the Kuta area

Any and all assistance appreciated. Yes I've done the usual search and got a deluge of information which was short on addresses.
