my mum got sick in Singapore and it cost her $10000.00. The insurance company will not pay as they say it is pre existing.
We booked and payed for our Bali trip in Feb,was due to leave 29th July, had to cancel 6th may as they found a tumor on my husbands kidney. They had to remove the kidney,as it was cancer. We still have not got our money back yet as the insurance company is doing every thing they can to prove that the cancer was pre existing.
It really makes you wonder if it is worth taking out insurance.
