I emailed AP a couple of months ago and got a reply back and they gave me and my husband an extra 20kg. each. I just rang again yesterday because I couldn't find the email and wanted to double check. I rang the number that was in the phone book (Perth) and the girl couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. She said that was all confirmed. I asked about carrying on a suit and my dress (as my daughter is getting married and didn't want to squash them in my case) and she said it all depended on the day but said she would make a note on the booking and more or less told me everything would be OK. I also asked about pre booking seats and she said she can take a request so she took that down as well. I find AP a great airline
