Contact at AP re extra baggage allow.

I am wondering if anyone knows a contact or number I should ring in Adelaide to obtain extra baggage allowance for way to Bali so we can take over things for kids in the school we visit while in Bali. I am organising min 100 care packages for the kids along with soccer balls, footballs, skipping ropes and other things. If anyone has a number or a person to contact I would appreciate the assistance. Thanks
