Puri Santrian Club Continental Breakfast

Hi Everyone,
My partner & I will be staying at the Puri Santrian Club rooms in October. It seems that breakfast is continental, and not a full breakfast. Do the other areas of the hotel get a big brekkie, and can we elect to have one as well? Also, where are the best restaurants in Sanur?
