stayed at Puri Santrian in June and had every breakfast at Donalds (head to he beach and turn right)
LOVED IT cheap and FANTASTIC food plus excellent, friendly staff.
Didnt end up eating at the hotel for breakfast at all but I heard good reports from other guests (I was so stoked with the quality quantity and price at donalds)
