Think about what is important to you. And check out if what you are prepared to pay for will provide what you would like to have in the way of products and services. I would like decent hot water, TV and in house food. Stayed 3 star last 2 times - hot water an issue first time (obviously a room issue), TV an issue both times and food - well restaurant empty of an evening a good indicator!! Staying at four star next time - know from eating at 4 star that food is to die for and a far cry from 3 star where the food was inedible. Paid for and left 2 dismal meal. Stayed at Puri Raja last 2 times (3 star) and booked into the Niksoma(4 star) for next year. We found there is a huge difference between 3 and 4 star product and services wise but little difference between price (that is if you use Nicki in Qld).
