Mmm, wouldn't advertise this possibility to much cause otherwise you're standing at the end of the que again. It's possible for every citizen from every country in the world to get the visa before they leave...
For me it's a real pain to get the visa. Travel around 300 km to get my passport to the embassy and a week later again to get the passport back again. It also means a last minute trip isn't possible anymore.
