The plans (?) to give Dutch and Swedish nationals visa on arrival has again been shelved, hopefully for ever. This shelving means that we still can pay through a bank, then have a pleasant visit to the Indonesian Embassy and get our visa in the passport for up to 60 (sixty) days for just slightly more than the 25 US$ paid for the VOA.
With the visa already organised, it means that we can just cruise past those that hang around at the airport in different queues in order to get the necessary stamp in the passport. Immigration shall be even faster than before. So with more tourists having VOA 'rights', it is not necessary for us to negotiate various queues and thus we are able to enjoy more hours in Bali. Good news, indeed. Who is whingeing now? I am not, for sure.
