Tegal Sari is extremely popular and hence difficult to get bookings at. Please, if you can tell me of any alternative lodgings of similar quality and prices in the Ubud area, would be most grateful.
I somehow doubt that anything comparable is available, TS seems to have hit the nail square on the head in terms of meeting people's requirements for their 'dream Bali stay' (affordable price, quality, beautiful airy rooms/bathrooms with views, location, good food, good service, etc.. elusive X-factor). Hopefully I'm wrong and there are alternatives in that price range?? I have 2 kids who've never been to Bali and I want to start their stay off with the very best of the magic of Bali, but at prices we can afford....
