I have used asiarooms for my holiday in Singapore and Thailand last June with no trouble at all (1 hotel in Singapore and 2 hotels in Thailand). It is great if you from foreign country, however please note that local travel agent rate is lower than asiarooms. So their rates are real. As example, santika beach bali, asiarooms rate is US$ 49 while rack rate is US$ 100 however the local agent rate is only Rp 350,000 (or around US$ 36). I think the best local agent for hotel voucher in Indonesia are Kaha and Pasopati (even my corporate travel agent recognizes that these 2 agents are the cheapest for hotel voucher). However if you are from aboard (especially travelling with large group), I think asiarooms is one of the best options for cheap hotel rate.
