No reply from Tegal Sari - what to do?

Trying to get a booking at Tegal Sari, tried contacting them thru their website but no reply 2 days later. Am wanting a specific room and I'm afraid if it's not taken already, it will be soon. What should I do? Is there a good online discount hotel booking service I can trust to make enquiries/reservations for me? Thanks for any advice...
