Capture Card

I am looking to get a get capture card while in Bali. Can anyone tell me if they are available and from where. Also if anyone has an idea of cost or an email contact I would greatly appreciate it. A capture card plugs into back of vhs video recorder and enables you to be able to then convert vhs tapes to dvd on computer.
