Putting stubby-tops in donation boxes at temples.

Hurling empties from the hotel balcony into the pool or onto the road.

Climbing on irreplaceable stone carvings in order to get your picture taken. I've seen this at thingummy-whatsit in Bali -- the place with about a thousand steps that go down through the rice paddies to the carvings in the wall of a hill/cliff. But I've seen it more at Borobudur -- mainly by Japanese tourists (I've only seen a total of about 10 white people there). But I did get to hear a Muslim shout, "Get off the F...king Buddha!" which was kind of nice. There are signs everywhere, but only in English an Indonesian.

Tourists who think that every single woman in Bali is available for a price.

People who have never been to Java who believe and spread the crap about every evil deed done in Bali being done by someone from Java.

That's about all the 10's I can think of right now, except for...

People who don't read this forum, who will never even know that they've been acting like knob-ends, and probably wouldn't understand even if you explained it in simple words. So I guess we'll see them all again.

Otherwise, I pretty much agree with your list.
