We flew with them last year on fflyer points and we could not confirm seating before check in and also as we were FF we were seated towards the back. I queried this and I was told that this was because the plane was going via Melbourne. Untrue - when you are using your points you get the seating at the back!
You cannot use the lounge in Denpasar as we are both Qantas members and they did not allow us to use the lounge.
The service was great etc but this year we are going Garuda (we have done so 2year ago) and found them good as well.
