It's hard to imagine anything worse happening to you than what has already happened to make you into what you are now.
Running in Kuta is a stupid idea at the best of times. The footpaths are specially designed to twist ankles and break legs. And they are usually chock full of people. If you try to avoid that by running on the road, the last thing you'll ever hear is "beep beep, my brakes don't work".
I won't bother explaining the intricacies of offending people from another culture, because clearly you don't care about offending people in your own.
You will be breaking the law. To avoid jail, where you running around naked might be more fun for your cellmates than it is for you, you will need to fork out a hefty bribe. Since you will have no pockets, I suggest you keep a couple of hundred thousand roopidoos in the cavity where a brain would normally be. Or in your butt. In small change.
So yes, something bad would likely happen to you. And something bad would already be happening to others.
