I've used Best Flights twice now and they are great!
I used them for a Thailand holiday back in March, and most recently for a Bali Trip for mid August. ( 2 weeks Can't wait!!)
Both times the prices have been what was advertised plus the taxes. Never been told they were sold out and have always received the best service. My calls or emails are always answered immediately.
Plus with this current Bali trip, at the very last minute (like 3 days before) we had to change the dates and that too was too easy and great. Plus I'm in Melb.
I find all the negative stuff real hard to believe cause they have been great with me. But then again I'm sure they have lots of staff and it might just be the rep you get when you call, but I've used the same women twice and she's actually been the best travel agent I've used in many years of holidaying.
I definately won't hesitate using them again.
