Yes, I've had the same thing happen to me. Have rung a couple of times in response to specials advertised on their website/emails only to find that they quote me a different (much higher) price over the phone. Asked them about prices for children and didn't have the information. Took my details and said they'd call back with the info but never heard from them. This happened twice and I would never bother with them again! I wonder if anyone has actually managed to get the 'special' deals they advertise???
