I travelled with Garuda to Bali last November. Our TV didn't work and they ran out of champagne. The staff didn't seem to care. The return flight was not any better for service. I wrote a letter of compaint to the manager in Perth who offered compensation. I am availing myself of this in May and flying to Bali again with Garuda. Heres hoping.
