Hi Kathy,we just payed for our trip and with Garuda we are only paying an extra $20 per person,we are travelling in September so I cannot see how Australian can charge you an extra $67 per person,as for travelling seperately go for it,it will make you feel like royality they travel seperate most of the time,anyway have a good holiday and just think what extra shopping you can do with $1000.cheers
