Anyone used a 'Cash Passport' in Bali

Hi. I phoned our bank today to ask about ATM withdrawal fees overseas and they recommended that instead of paying $NZ5 per withdrawal that a better option is to purchase a 'cash passport' which is pre-loaded with x dollars and can be used just like an ATM (up to your loaded balance) at ATM machines and better still has a one off set up charge of $NZ5 no matter the balance you put on!

Has anyone used one of these in Bali ??
