I have one that I used last year. You can top it up by using the B-pay number if you have telephone or internet banking. It cost $3.75 per transaction so it is best to take out the maximum cash each time. You can access your balances by there website which you register and access like a normal bank. The card is valid for 3 years. I think its a good way to go. If you loose a card it can only be accessed by a pin number at an atm, not like a visa atm card which has your name on it and can be swipped through any machine.
