Was in the wooden room the week before last and parents in law in the duplex. Construction work wasn't too much of a problem, but did start early some days.
Wooden room is excellent and if they can place another single bed in there for the child, it would be perfect.
Of course, the duplex is a better room because it has that spa etc... Whatever the case, both would be suitable for 3 people if an extra bed is placed in there.
