Received my ticket this morning for next Wednesday. Wrong name. "Doesn't matter" states the Travel Agent, "we will tell Garuda to put a note on their computer and everything will be all right". Asked her how good her professional indemnity was. She then called Garuda to have them re-issue the ticket. Imagine trying to explain to some Balinese Garuda employee in Bali that it "doesn't matter".
Flight Centre Maddington have stuffed up all along with this booking. Never again.
