We always declare everything even that opened bottle with the swig out of and so far so good we haven't had to pay the extra charge as they said it's ok. We travel twice a year (not to Bali) and could be (by all intense and purposes) a courier and understand that they have a job to do.
My biggest fear is the 'rubber glove' by a none medical person. Provided it's a registered nurse or medical practitioner I have no objection... but if it's from sick basta*rd who get his jollies from doing cavity searches then I have a massive problem with that. So if I get to the back room I shall be asking to sight their registration certicates... other wise they (and the airwaves) will hear about it. Just my thoughts. Cheers Geri
