lush desperately seeking alcohol shops !

please help !! I am travelling with our friends who is a bit of a lush !! ( only joking ) who needs to find a shop that sells wine and her favourite champagne . She did bring some last time from Aus but it was flat on arrival . Can anyone help with shops and what types of wines and champagne are for sale and roughly the price ? the rest of us are fine , we love Bintang and our duty free spirits .
